I see the issue now I think. You're not connected to a monitor and your netbook has a tiny screen? If you can't run the BBS on your main system then a BBS terminal is the way to go for sure (like you're already
    doing).

Actually I do...but the netbook output looks worse than just telnetting into
it with Netrunner. My main system I'm writing this on looks bright & crisp.
The netbook is about 12 years old.

I am working on some eyestrain related stuff for NetRunner and I'm obviously biased but I think it already produces visual results signficantly better than anything else at the moment (despite some other

Those like me would be fantastic for those of us with weaker eyes. For instance...on the netbook...can't read the quoted text...but here on my main screen...looks great. That's why I changed all the menus to use bright colors because the 10" screen I was using before getting the USB switchbox made the standard colors hard to read.

You can also full screen MagiTerm with <ALT>F. There are a few options
you can see with <ALT>Z.. :)

Saw that last night. Either program allows me to feel better working with the board now that I can see it clearly.

In the past...never had this issue...but the last 15 years has changed that.
