Title: Quick Crab Melts

Yield: 2 servings
6 oz Can crabmeat; drained,
- flaked, cartilage removed
3 tb Mayonnaise
5 ts Fine chopped celery
1 tb Minced green onion
2 English muffins; split
4 sl Tomato
4 sl (thin) Cheddar cheese
4 sl (thin) Monterey Jack cheese
Paprika
Heat broiler. In a small bowl, mix crab, mayonnaise,
celery and green onion until blended. Place muffin
halves on an ungreased baking sheet.
Broil 4" - 6" from heat until toasted. Spread with crab
mixture. Top with tomato and cheeses; sprinkle with
paprika. Broil until bubbly.
