EchoLink is a way of using your computer/iPhone etc.. to use HAM radio connected nodes around the globe over a form of VOIP.

It's OK but I prefer IRLP or the Internet Radio Linking Project for
VOIP between nodes. It uses a different codec and seems to have a much better audio quality than the Echolink codec.
