    That's pretty neat. I had no idea that console instruments like that were still being produced these days.

    This project was spearheaded by Fletcher Music Centers who now have rights to the
    Estey name. Fletcher realized that for them to stay in business, they had to start
    producing home theater organs again.

    They commissioned Marco Mendez (http://marcomendez.net) to come up with the sounds, registrations, etc. to start producing organs again. It was a 2 year project in
    which Marco Mendez and Craig Knudsen jointly produced the product.

    It was pointed out to me that the cabinet looks like the Ringway Maestro, and it IS the
    same cabinet because Ringway was commissioned to produce the organ components and are using the same or a similar cabinet. The sounds, etc. are solely done by the
    Mendez-Knudsen collaboration, hence the name MK-5000 (Mendez-Knudsen)
