• Playing & recording music at home

I've enjoyed playing guitar and keybaord/synthesizer for a long time. Lately I haven't been playing music very much though.. I also have Mixcraft (software) for my PC to record music, but I haven't done much with that either. Sometimes I feel bad for not playing music very much, because it is a hobby I've always enjoyed, and I feel like I should keep practicing. I've thought it would be cool to record more music on my PC.

    Gear that I own:
Guitars: 1 acoustic and a few electrics, mainly Strat-style.

Keyboard: A Roland Juno-D 61-key synthesizer, and a Zynthian v5 (Raspberry Pi-based kit effects/synthesizer box that you build yourself).
I also have a Roland MT-32 (revision 2) that I bought on eBay a few years ago. I planned to use it for music, even though it's probably more popular for PC games. I found a SoundFont set for the Zynthian that provides the Roland MT-32 sounds via the Zynthian though, so I've pondered selling the MT-32.

Effects pedals: Boss Super Chorus, DigiTech RV-7 reverb, Boss SY-1 synthesizer effects pedal, BeatBuddy drum pedal, and a couple others

Amps: Fender Mustang III v2 (solid-state modeling amp), Roland Micro Cube

I'm the opposite. :-) I have ONE electric - a Gretch from the
Baldwin era, and several acoustics. :-)
