    Exercise, but only if it's consistently vigorous.

    Vigorous exercise, will trigger a robust craving for healthier food, and proper hydration.
    Furthermore, it'll improve your sleep, and reduce stress.

    Thereafter, the body will be properly fueled, hydrated, and rested, for maximum
    exertion.

    Thus, beginning a cycle of intense workouts, and the lifestyle necessary, to support
    them.

    A great diet alone, doesn't get you fit.

    Nor, does diet trigger any healthy behaviors.

    It's a reaction, to vigorous exercise.
