A high blood creatinine level indicates kidney dysfunction.
Some of the common symptoms of high creatinine levels are nausea, vomiting, fatigue,
swelling, high BP, etc.
The following are the ways some of the things to avoid the increase in creatinine levels:
- Avoid protein-rich food items such as full-fat dairy products and meat
- Avoid potassium-rich food items such as dairy, oranges, banana, apricot, potatoes,
sweet potatoes, tomatoes, spinach, dates, raisins
- Avoid excessive sodium intake
- Processed packaged food, pickles, whole wheat should be avoided due to lack of
nutrients and high sodium content
