When we wake in the morning, our body requires something light, pure, and energy-
boosting. It is always advisable to start your day with smaller meals.
In the following, a number of points are briefly outlined for consideration:
Lemonade mixed with warm water: this combination will detoxify your stomach and
facilitate digestion.
Banana or some soaked almonds: these provide great energetic value while also being
easily consumable.
A basic fruit - Apple, Papaya, etc. Avoid sour tasting fruit.
Coconut water: it will hydrate you and is good for your health.
Many times, a cup of coffee or tea is taken immediately after waking up. This is not
suggested at all. You can have tea/coffee only after taking a meal, and then you can
have either one of these drinks.
