Eating Fruits at night is not completely a myth
They say that eating fruit at night or while sleeping will turn it into fat or make it to
cause fat or even it will rot in your stomach it's just a myth .
According to me eating fruits at night can only cause problems in cases like
Citrus fruits (orange, pineapple) may cause burning.
Diabetes to much fruits may cause increase in sugar level.
Even eating huge amount may cause bloating or gas.
So eating fruits when hungry at night is one of best options but you should be care full
as above.
