    I am proud to say I have been sober for 29 years and have not fired up a cigarette in the same time window. it was a harsh road, but I did it.

    I quit a 3 pack a day habit 16 years ago... It was rough! I still drink, but only 2 ultra-light beers every other day and a bit more socially once every couple of weeks.
