    Yeah, I agree. The movie was entertaining and all, but it kinda felt like a movie for the sake of there being one. Like it wasn't some good idea that was driving the film.

    yeah.. a bit like the video game situation in the 70s and early 80s before
    the Japanese companies swooped in to save it.

    i don't know how you fix it though.. for Star Wars it took basically throwing out the jedi stuff (Andor/Mando) to feel fresh again.

    a no superhero MCU movie though.. maybe if the superheros were sort of in the background, annoying a regular person trying to live their life?

    yeah, I agree with this. we watched it because we have a disney+ account, mostly for star wars stuff. I'm glad we didn't shell out full movie theatre prices for it. it wasn't *terrible*, but it wasn't that great.
