    I just installed the RCS oneliner mod. I swapped it out on the Main Meny of
    the BBS, but is it possible to change it from the oneliner selection during
    the log on process?

    To change the one that comes up in the login procedure, just take a look at the prelogin menu. You should have 1 menu command, called 'FIRSTCMD'. In that command, you can change the data line that calls the oneliner to show. It should just be a matter of changing the filename in the data line.
