Ok, what is supposed to go in the config folder? It is empty by default and everytime I try to access my web pages my browser just times out.

Where have you put your web pages?
Have you read the Wiki instructions?
I don't think anything needs to go into the cfg folder. You running mis
as root? Do you have access to bind to port 80? Any firewall config to mess with? It just worked for me when I set it up. You've got "cfg"
and "www" inside your webroot folder, right? an index.html file inside www (but missing it wouldn't explain the hanging)?
That being said, I believe the mystic web server literally just serves static web pages. You may be better off spending some time to set up another web server option - nginx, lighttpd, apache, etc. Then it's
easy to add a scripting language like php or python. Easy enough since you're on linux. That's the way I'm planning to go once I get to that step.

the path is: /mystic/webroot/www

I've looked at it and it didn't make much sense, I was hoping that MysticGuy had a video showing how to set up the other servers, but he doesn't.
