    Oh wow, I just noted this message only now!
    I hope you had an amazing time in Italy!

    5 days in Rome near the Trevi fountain, tours of the dome of St. Peter's Basilica, the Vatican Museum, walking tours of the city center, then 4 days in Florence, running out to a gondola ride and tour of Venice, walking tours of Cinque Terra, Siena, and a tour of a medieval town, ending with a pasta making class in an inn outside of San Gimignano.

    I hope that you didn't mind the hot weather in Rome!

    Also, if you would like to come back to Italy next year eventually, you should consider visiting also the Amalfi Coast, Sorrento, the Apulia and Sicily!

    weather.

    Our kids hadn't traveled much, so we wanted to give them a taste and
    inspire them to come back and see more - or go back to again.

    Check also the North of Italy :-)

    Mantua is a little city but very Medieval :-)

    Apart on Summer that It seems to be in Africa :-(
