Volcanic Ash Stains in Alphonsus (all night)

While the moon is almost fully illuminated, the dark stains left behind by extinct volcanoes on the moon can be easily seen. Alphonsus is a 69 mile (110 km) wide crater located just south of the moon's centre, on the upper right (lunar northeastern) shore of Mare Nubium. Any size of telescope will reveal a triangle of three dark ash deposits on that crater's floor near its east and west rims.
