Good evening,
When you have a chance, could you post the correct git address for
doing a git pull to update Magicka? I updated my .git/config based
on something someone else posted, but all I get are timeout errors. I
think I have something wrong as I am able to reach the website via a browser, just cannot get git connected to it.

(Not sure if the .git on the end is needed or not)
I thought maybe somehow the permissions got messed up, but I am able
to read the same messages if I telnet or SSH into the board. I am
also able to post replies, so I don't think that is it.

Strange, your web site works for me on firefox. What web browser are
you using? I've seen this happen before when using netpositive or something on haiku.

Well, I tried again today. Some echos work fine. I was not able to
read the messages in this one, for example, but I was able to read
the messages in one of the newgroups and in the local bases.

I see the problem, for some reason, the urls are wrong for those
messages
The last number in the url should be the number of the message you
want to view, but it's way off. I'll have a look at fixing it now.

Ok, pushed a fix.
Are you using JAM or Sqlite message bases?

Well, I am still able to open all the messages I have tried so far
but I have noticed that, in this conference, the statement above
regarding what should be in the url is not correct. This message
shows as '1496' on the index page, but the url is 3263.
It is working, however, so I don't know that this is a big deal (and
maybe the number displayed on the index is wrong?).

I think this fix broke the lua stuff with messages that tiny's seeing.
I'm not really in the right mind frame to fix it at present.
