    I really don't recall. Its possible.
    At one time I used local boards and each seemed to carry an echo or two
    that the other didn't. Some were more specific to one group of users than others (general, games, software, etc), along with local/regional interests.
    When one local fall by the wayside, for any number of reasons, other
    boards sometimes picked up their old feeds.
    Local boards are now all memories.
