    Hello All!

    I was unaware of the lawsuit between Ward Dossche and Helmut Hullen until Ward mentioned it himself.

    Could someone please share more details about the case - ideally, the official filings?

    In the 1990s, Ward Dossche and I had a dispute that resulted in my excommunication from Z2. At the time, I took no action and simply let it go, which was a mistake.

    Even after I moved to the United States and joined FidoNet, R50C continued to pursue me, but Janis Kracht (I2C, RIP) stepped in and resolved the matter in my favor. Thank you, Janis - God bless you.

    Has anyone else been affected by Ward Dossche's actions?
