The sad fact is, that those approval ratings never have a 0-100%
span. Approximately 50% of the US voters cannot think for themselves,
they vote the same every single time no matter what has happened.
So in reality maybe the span, at best, will be 25-75% (don't quote
me on that number). This means that e.g. 68% is really high, just as
38% is extremely low.
