    Hello All!

    Sorry for this, noticed a bug and had to test the fix to verify it was the right one.

    Problem:
    In some cases of adding a new echo the description was not added.

    Solution:
    Make sure the code to create the description file is executed for MOD-ADD.
    For MOD-UPD it is/was working.

    Version update to v5.4.002.

    There may be another problem that I have to fix but need to see if the issue is
    present.
