      Title: Southern Beefy Skillet

      Yield: 4 Servings
 
      1 lb Lean ground beef
      2    Ribs celery; chopped
      1 md Onion; chopped
      2 cl Garlic; minced
 15 1/2 oz Can butter beans; rinsed,
           - drained
 14 1/2 oz Can diced tomatoes;
           - undrained
      1 md Bell pepper; in bite-size
           - strips
      1    Fresh jalapeno chile; seeded
           - fine chopped
      2 ts Worcestershire sauce
      1 ts Dried basil; crushed
      1 ts Dried oregano; crushed
    1/2 ts Bottled hot pepper sauce
    1/4 ts Black pepper
 
  In a large skillet cook ground beef, celery, onion, and
  garlic over medium heat until meat is brown, stirring to
  break up meat as it cooks. Drain off fat.
  
  Add butter beans, undrained tomatoes, tomato sauce,
  sweet pepper, jalapeno pepper, Worcestershire sauce,
  basil, oregano, hot pepper sauce, and black pepper.
  Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered,
  for 10 to 15 minutes or until desired consistency.
