2 tb Flax seeds; finely ground
1 c Unsweetened coconut milk;
- cold
1 c Fresh orange juice; cold
2 lg Ripe bananas;
- peeled; cut into chunks,
- frozen
In a blender, combine the flax seeds and coconut milk and process
until well blended. Add the orange juice and frozen banana chunks and
blend until thick and smooth. Pour into two glasses and serve at once.
