1 Box frozen small limas
1 Box frozen okra
3 lg Tomatoes
2 lb Chicken
1 md Onion
1 Garlic head
Prepare beans as directed. Let tomatoes stand in very hot water for 1
to 2 minutes so they may be skinned easily.
Cut up and add okra. Let this simmer for 20 minutes. Add limas and
continue coooking until nearly done on very low heat. Add chicken
that has been fried. Do not mix, just place chicken on top of
vegetable mixture and steam for 15 minutes.
