    Title: Alfalfa Mint Tea

    Yield: 1 Drink

    1/2 ts Sun dried alfalfa; crumbled
    1/2 ts Sun dried mint; crumbled
    1 c Water; boiling
    1 ts Natural honey (optional)

    Pour boiling water over dried herbs. Cover and let stand for 3 to 5
    minutes.
