    Title: Egg Salad
    Categories: Sandwiches
    Yield: 3 Sandwiches

    4 sl Whole wheat bread
    1 Egg; hard-boiled
    2 tb Cottage cheese
    1 ts Nutritional yeast
    1 c Watercress; chopped
    1 pn Vegetable salt
    Alfalfa sprouts

    Hard-boil eggs, allow to cool, and chop finely. Mis all ingredients
    together into thick, almost lumpy paste. Spread egg salad on one
    slice of bread. Pile alfalfa sprouts on another slice. Put together
    into a sandwich.
