Google approved 1.7.6 version for open testing and it is already
available for testers.

What's in this release:

#I12 - Uplink Poll improvement
- fixed race condition in outcoming BINKP sessions which resulted
in missing EOB message

#C1 - Upgrade Android Gradle plugin to version 7.4.2
#C2 - Target Android 17

I see that after switching to new support library icons
in toolbar were collapsed to overflow menu - I will
return them in next release.

In Google console I see 54 active testers - please
let me know if someone will take a look at this
new release.
