Figured this might be easier than the discussion feature on Sourceforge... I updated and changed the directory structure a bit on my RIP documentation project... I also did a comparison and gathered info against RIPlib, which may be worth looking at.. there's about a dozen or so issues to work through before a more hard spec is ready.
I was also able to get a copy of RIPaint 2.1 (which is for both RIPterm and RIPtel according to docs). I patched it, it was date bombed and no longer able to be registered,
