Unify protocol session diagnostics
Retain SSH, Telnet, and TelnetS diagnostics in one session buffer for configured log files, F1 details, and the Conn.protocolLog Wren API.
Add a provider-neutral xptls logging callback with native Botan and OpenSSL handshake, alert, failure, and teardown records so TelnetS combines TLS and Telnet diagnostics in arrival order.
