    Replace non-ASCII characters with ASCII equivalents in all sources

    Em/en dashes, arrows, math operators, Greek letters, sub/superscripts, floor/ceil brackets, and accented letters replaced across all 50 .c/.h
    files including vendored sntrup761 and libcrux headers for strict C17
    source character set conformance.
