The question is NOT "Why would a loving God send anyone to Hell??".

The question is "Why would anyone choose Hell over a loving God??".

No. That is the question we should think about.

The question is "Why would anyone choose Hell over a loving God??".

The next question to ask, is how can you call a god a loving god if they keep
a place of torment for you if you don't chose to worship it?

How can you have free will if you are in fear of judgment? Free will does
    not exist under those conditions.

For many reasons, starting with: his rules are to vague and restrictive. Am I allowed to wear poly/cotton fabrics? If yes, because of the "New Covenant" why am I still supposed to hate gays? For that matter, why I am I hating anyone?

Why is there so much hate in religion?

First off, the Bible says nothing about hating anyone, it does however, imply that you should hate the actions of gays as it
does state that its a shame for a man to lie with another man, meaning sleeping with. If we are to be Christ Like, then we are to
do as Christ did. Christ did not like the actions of gays and Lesbians, as such we should not like their actions.

Why is there so much hate in religion?
Perhaps because so many religions like to cut and paste their own feelings into the religion to appear like it is gospal, when
in reality, its only their founder's beliefs.

because hate makes the world go around. hate is our 'big' brain rationalizing instincts.

Really? I've read the bible a few times, and I don't remember that ever being an issue, or talked about in any of the 4 Gospels.

O.k. so after re-reading it, in Leviticus 20:13, it doesn't say it's a shame, it just states that they shall be put to death and their blood shall be upon them. But none the less, I think it's safe to assume that if God wants someone put to death for their actions, then he apparently dislikes said actions. I guess we should be lucky that folks don't go around killing every gay person who admits to have had sex with another man.

According to Leviticus, we're supposed to punish those who wear poly/cotton fabrics (you know, every piece of clothing we currently own), or eat pig (Bacon is delicious).

Things in the Old Testament that are worthy of death:
    Homosexual intercourse between men
    audltry
    lying about virginity
not bleeding when you lose your virginity
    Raping an engaged female virgin
    bestiality
having sex with your father's wife
    having sex with your daughter-in-law
    incest
marying a woman and her daughter
    having "period sex"

Now some of these are horrific crimes and should receive extreme punishments. However, if we put to death everyone who had "period sex" or was guilty of adultry? I'm pretty sure that would solve our population problems, I Guess.

Middle east is fucked up and oppressive. Typical of them and what they consider Islam to be a religion. It's a cult. That's what.
