I have to admit, I wasn't sure if I was going to like the world of BBS... though I started getting online in the early 90s, I missed being a part of the BBS scene.
Now that I've learned a bit more, I'm becoming comfortable. I hope to make some friends along the way.
Happy to be here :)

Welcome! :) I hope you enjoy it.
I also know some people who missed being part of the BBS scene in the 90s.. ran my own BBS from 1994 to 2000, and in 1994 I told one of my friends I was running a BBS and he said "What's a BBS?"

I also ran a BBS for quite sometime and I get the same responce. it
reminds me of a video of someones grandkids finding a casette and trying to plug headphones into it.
Some of my friends back then did know about BBSes and used mine back in the day.
*facepalm*
