    host it yourself or get a free one like awardspace.com that has no ads

    Not a bad suggestion. Will have to look into that. So what service do
    you use? My Geocities is about to go POOF!

    i just suggested one.
    there's hundreds that have free hosting with no ads and you can direct
    your domain to them. just dont expect it to last forever, you're not
    paying for it.

    your domain to them. just dont expect it to last forever, you're not paying for it.

    I use 000webhost (http://www.000webhost.com/70911.html) .. been using it for a while now. In fact, I have a client's page hosted there.. Not a bad deal.. it's fast and I haven't had any downtime on either site in a looong time.

    That's some good info. Have to see what it would take to post a website

    Yeh I remember when you started using them. I would have used something
    like that sooner, but Geocities was out there and why fix what is
    working right?
