    whoever thought it would be a good idea to make a widescreen laptop with a separate numeric keypad must be high on something.

    I've had to use one today and all of my typing has been off by 3 letters. Centering my hands off-center of the screen is disconcerting at best.

    i had a gaming laptop like that and i loved it. you should be a good enough typist now to put your fingers on the home row and not be influenced by your screen.

    I have a coworker who absolutely insists on having one, I do, but I never use it,
    I also don't type normal, but the way I do it works for me.
