    just get one of those pdf printers like bullzip and then open the file with your normal app and print it with bullzip.

    Chrome can save any page as a PDF, just bring up the mht file, click print (Ctrl+P), click change button next to Destination, choose Save as PDF, etc.

    Dunno if that's exactly what you're asking, but...

    I was going to suggest this same thing. CutePDF Writer is the PDF printer I use:

    Try DoPDF.

    It's goes in the Printer and Fax section on my XP box.

    I use it to keep a web page as a .PDF file on my hard drive.

    I use the Small File Size option.

    Hope that can help You.

    There is also CutePDF that does the same thing but I didn't see the
    Small File Size option in CutePDF so that's why I use DoPDF.
