I was lucky if I could maintain 1800 or less, and my goal was

Yes, I can count, measure and weigh things without issue. I can also do basic math. I tend to eat about one or two meals a day most days. Yesterday, for example, I had double cheeseburger at red-robin, no bun, with side salad, no crutons and ranch. I had diet coke to drink. That's all I ate the entire day.
The day before, I had 3 eggs, 2 pieces of breakfast sausage and a waffle with syrup. I also had a 5.6oz burger patty later in the day.
