  • New BBS door: Capers

    Hey all, just wanted to let you know I've been working on making a new BBS door game on my board (mutinybbs.com:2332). It's called "Capers".

    In this game you are given some startup money and an item. You're expected to build a facility using your money to protect your item. Your facility can contain safes, locked doors, doors with alarms, laser beams that activate alarms, locked desks, and of course walls.

    Then you can look at other players' facilities and attempt to execute a caper, picking locks, cracking safes, disarming alarm systems. If you manage to get past all of the security levels and get some loot and get back out of the facility before your movement points runs out you can keep the item(s) you stole and stash them in your own facility. If you fail you get arrested and anything on hand gets confiscated.

    The game is still under development so I'm looking for more play testers to come in and find bugs and offer suggestions.
