    It's a lot easier to replace the executives, than it is the people that actually do the work. ;)

    Indeed. Ultimately, when/if AI gets sentient enough, I suspect they would prefer the executive jobs to the ones that require labor. :D

    It is, but they won't believe you so they will replace the workers first.
    Just so long as the CEO gets more money then he can ever spend!

    Not so sure it is so much that they don't believe them, but that the executives are in a better position to protect their jobs.

    You're being silly. We're talking about the current system, the CEO's
    will not be wrong, they will stnad firm replacing the workers was right
    and will fire all office staff first. Replace them, and buy another
    year of RECORD PROFIT (artifical caused by no payroll) and retire a
    success.
