    Seams like SSH does not work as it is supposed to. I get an error
    when connecting to port 2024. It says connection rejected

    What client are you using?

    SSH is working fine for me? I'm connected via SSH now using a recent
    build of syncterm. Syncterm 1.0 had issues I think.
